Enter your generator’s serial number when prompted.

Upload your proof of purchase (your receipt or invoice from Richer’s Electric).

Complete the submission following the on-screen prompts.
Your submission will be reviewed, and you’ll receive an email confirming your warranty status.
To qualify, your generator must be purchased between October 13 and November 7, 2025, and installed/activated by January 30, 2026.
