A lifelong resident of Saugerties, NY, Randy earned his degree in Electrical Construction, Maintenance, and Controls from SUNY Delhi. With over two decades of experience, he has grown Richers Electric into a well-respected electrical contractor serving the Hudson Valley.

He is deeply involved in the local community and is passionate about supporting youth development and skilled trades. As a Master Electrician he enjoys mentoring his team, building lasting relationships with clients, and ensuring every project reflects the company’s high standards.

Randy lives in Saugerties with his wife, April, and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with his family.

Will has over five years of experience in the electrical industry, Will specializes in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions. Ernest has over 23 years of hands-on experience, Ernie is a skilled Journeyman Electrician who specializes in residential electrical work. Known for his dedication and deep industry knowledge, Ernie serves as a mentor to the Richers Electric team, always ready to lead by example and tackle any challenge with enthusiasm. His commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction makes him a valuable asset to every project.

Ernie enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering at the SPCA. He also loves spending time at home with his dogs in Elizaville, NY.

As a Lead Electrician, Trent brings 9 years of hands-on experience to the field, specializing in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical work. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Trent plays a key role in keeping job sites running smoothly and safely. He takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring every installation exceeds our customers’ expectations.

Trent enjoys spending time outdoors, attending sporting events, and staying active with friends and family.

Zac has over six years of experience in the electrical field, Zac Richards serves as a Lead Electrician at Richers Electric. Equally skilled in both residential and commercial work, Zac brings a strong combination of technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service to every project. Known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, he plays a key role in leading job sites and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Zac enjoys working on cars, spending time with animals, and watching sports. He lives in Saugerties with his fiancée and their two cats.

Ethan is a dedicated apprentice at Richers Electric Inc., gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the electrical trade—including industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
